In good faith, I ordered Christmas items for my daughters from this company. They immediately deducted $175.00 from my credit card, afterwhich they sent me the wrong items.
I was told by them to send back the items and they would rectify the situation right away. Well it has now been five months and my daughters still do not have their Christmas gifts and they are out $175.00. They have sent me a few responses telling me that the right department will be contacted and will fix this problem right away...
TODAY WE HAVE NO ITEMS AND ARE OUT $175.00, THIS IS WRONG!!! In the past three weeks I have asked for a refund or my items and now they do not even respond at all. Consumer BEWARE of this company. They will RIP YOU OFF!!!
