Back in January I subscribed to a website who uses Tritech to handle their billing.
I was not able to access the website, as I called in January and told them of this. I agreed to leave the charge pending their webmaster (the site they bill for) to fix the problem.
I was never able to access the site and was billed in February and March for additional charges.
I called and spoke to two people there. They agreed to cancel my account, issued me a confirmation number on the first call - but would not credit my account for the charges, even though I never received the service I subscribed to.
I called back and was told they would credit me for the March charge but not the other two.
I noticed another person filed a report who is going a similar situation with this company.
I intend to file a dispute with my credit card company.
