This is a lead generation service. I entered into an agreement with them to provide me 25 life insurance leads over a 60 day period and paid them $300 up front for the leads. After 60 days, I had the option of continuing on the program until my 25 leads were provided or getting a refund. I chose the refund. Now in this time, they only sent me one lead so my refund is $288. After many e-mails that were not answered and many telephone calls where the receptionist told me that no one was in the office and then hung up on me.
Now I don't mind that the leads did not come in. The problem with this company is their refund policy and the blatant disregard for customers who entered into an arrangement in good faith only to have these people disregard their end of the bargain.
If you are in the insurance business or any other business that this company serves, STAY CLEAR OF MARKETING SURVEY CENTER.
