They sold an item they new they didn't have took the money for my three day shiping didn't notify me they weren't getting the unit. Acted abusive on the phone i was forced to purchase from another dealer costing me a coustomer who couldn't wait for the product and next day shipping. Had they notified me that the unit wasn't available i woud have imediatly used another vender saving me and my coustomer added exspence. They refused to compensate me for the lost buisness and shipping costs involved
