Ripoff information product not worth money paid

I purchased an information product promising:

"For just $97.00, you get The Personal Instant Cash System DELUXE VERSION which includes:

Take you BY THE HAND service!

Step by step instructions on putting your "machine" to work.

Simple, easy to follow directions on setting up your accounts.

How to start making money in as little as one day.

How to access your money in any ATM machine across the country.

No out of pocket expenses!"

Not one of the claims stated above was delivered with this product. No contact information was made available by the seller so there is no "take by the hand service". No step by step instructions - very vague instead, stating to "search google" for information products to sell. No information was provided regarding making money in as little as one day. No information was provided how to access your money in any ATM machine - it instead tells you to set up a Paypal account (and I suppose you get all the information from Paypal because it's not in the product.) And lastly, there ARE "out of pocket expenses" because the main purpose of this product is to promote "www.emarketprofessionals.com" to advertise or help with advertising (that is, of course, after you search google or the internet and find something to sell - there is no other detail provided in how to find something to sell.)

I immediately knew this product was a potential scam after reading the First Page of this information product - it is filled with disclaimers stating the buyer had purchased a "system" and so on - I immediately phoned my bank but because I did not purchase with a credit card, they told me my only recourse with the merchant. Hard to believe in this day and age, but it does appear that I have no option for getting my money returned other than by the good graces of this merchant. I did ring the merchant but the voice recording was not understandable. I am also contacting the 3rd party payment processor in hopes they will work with the merchant for resolution.

In closing, I do not mind paying for a product that delivers its promise, even if that information or promise is not what I expected. I do mind, however, paying for a product that is advertised to deliver specific benefits or features and does not in fact do this. I believe others should be aware of the false claims made on this web site. The information delivered is of no value and can even easily be found in any search engine. It is hardly worth even 1% of the purchase price of $97.
