Negative billing scam... When attempting to cancell service... (no notification of end of subscription Feb065) then billed for another year Feb066. Thought I cancelled service Feb215. Only to recieve a thanks for subscribing email. Customer support links do not work on the site. The forums are filled with complaints about lack of support and situations similar to mine. There appears to be no way to stop paying or scrape the slime off.
