I purchased a Soyo motherboard and Computer Case from Tiger Direct in May. Both items offer mail-in rebates. I mailed the required submissions within one week of receipt of the items. I have had no response or communication from Soyo or anyone representing them. I have copies of all the submission forms. I would gladly join in any class action law suit against such an obvious case of fraud.
