Like the other 1226 claims within the last year — CIC claimed to offer a free credit report — I called to cancel, which to them means charge my account for six straight months! I noticed today, called the customer (dis) service, and the rep. Said that they had no record of my call.
SOLUTION: Bank of America is now investigating the claim against them, and in the meantime, have fully credited my account back! I suggest that you just call your bank or credit card company and report it as if they stole your money — which they did!
