Ebay and P Donnelly should be held responsible for stealing money from its customers. There should be a class action suit filed against both parties. Square Trade sides with sellers and the buyer stands alone. I wanted my money back and as a consumer I think I have that right. Not on ebay. I was discriminated against with negative feedback from Ms Donnelly (goto her feedback about Dec. 9 2004). Something funny about some of her feedback, she had a bad neg. Dec. 26 on item#395361631 from a non registered and it was taken off by ebay.
