While waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to try to cancel the website, I Searched their name and got the rip-off website. Never did get through to anyone, was disconnected. The consumer complaintss tracked my experience exactly. I was never told my phone bill would be billed, never told I was signing up for anything. It was free, no obligation. I had the experience of having part of the recorded portion of the sales call muted and did not hear that I was acceding to any charges. I'm reporting this to our Atty Genl.
