The story is confusing the person from whom I bought the puppy from is Debbie [email protected]. Debbie R. Is the person I hired to ship the puppy to me
9/20- Tell Debbie J. To hold the pup Smith for me. I open a PayPal account and get funds transferred in.
9/28- Paid 750.00, in full, via Pay Pal for the pup Debbie J calls Smith
9/28-10/3- Spoke with Debbie J. Often via email
10/5- Sent a "Hello" email and she never responded
10/9- Again sent an email and she did not respond
10/10- Sent an email stating that I spoke with the transport co. Debbie R. And making sure everything was ok to have Smith picked up on Monday the 15th... No response
10/15- The day the pup was to be picked up. Sent and email to Debbie J. At 1:37 PM. She doesn't respond until 2:40 PM telling me "the pup is in the hospital and Debbie R. Will bring her to me on her return trip".
I send 3 more emails asking what the hell happened. She did not respond. After dinner I sent her an email stating I have to know. Debbie J. Tells me sometime after 7 PM EST that the pup died. At this time she did state that she would call breeder friends of hers to get me a new pup right away.
10/16- I send her 3 emails then she finally responds. This is exactly what she said "I have done so many favors for other breeders two so far are willing to give you a puppy I can pay them when I can Debbie said on her next trip she can drop one off or you can get one from a good friend in North Carolina But its your kids choice I will do their wishes ls i am asking more breders to see who has the best pups I know black and white is your favorite right Debbie. That statement set off MAJOR bells. Willing to give you a puppy I can pay them when I can
10/17- Sent Debbie J. A thank you for looking into it quickly. I ask her to give me pictures of the pups and parents her friend has available. I also ask her to ask Debbie R. If the pup, Reba, she has on her site is available. Debbie J. Tells me to ask her. Big mistake. I do and ask Debbie R. To Call or email me back. Tell Debbie J. I did and ask if she has heard form her breeder friends. She tells me she hasn't heard anything. Debbie R. Tells me that Reba is spoken for. I told Debbie I was not interested in the 3 gold with black mask pups she had on her site. But, just to let you know Debbie had another pup on her website and she never offered any of them as possible choices to me.
10/18- Debbie J's website shows 3 new gold and white pups. I send Debbie J. An email that Reba was not available and ask her if she has heard anything from her other breeder. She never did respond. To any of my emails that day.
I send Debbie R. Emails asking her to reserve Rene (another pup from thatlitter). Debbie R. Tells me fine. That night Debbie R. Calls me from the road telling me Rene is reserved for me and stating her pups are 600.00 and must be paid in full before shipping.
10/19- I send Debbie J. 2 more emails then she finally responds. This is what she says "Debbie told me you are getting her girl Is this what you want Debbie" I ask her do you have any other choices for me? And say I would be very happy with one of Debbie R.'s pups. She replies that her breeder friend is out of town and she is waiting till she gets back. Fine.
Either way I look like I am in a win win situation with my pick of pups. WRONG!
10/22- I was busy at work and there was no correspondence from me or from Debbie J.
10/23- Send Debbie J. And email telling her I was busy at work the day before and did she speak to her breeder friend. She replies I don't know where she is yet. I tell her ok, then I will definitely take, Rene, one of Debbie R.'s pups. I am sending you the whole emailing thing back and forth it's too much to write. Then I call her on the phone. She starts screaming, ranting, and cursing at me then finally hangs up on me. I never call her again. I tried to keep everything in email.
10/24- Debbie R. Calls me on the cell phone and tells me that none of this nonsense with Debbie J. Surprises her and she has never and will never give me a pup unless it is paid for in full.
10/25-10/26- This starts to get really ugly!!! I start filing
complaints. She asks me to stop the Pay pal thing or they will get mad at her and then begins again to "play" nice with me. Looking back at it now she must have been trying to get funds. Because the SOS starts back on Monday 10/29.
10/29-11/6- I file complaints with ALL types of agencies. Pay Pal (everyday I sent a request for money and she cancels it), American Humane Society, AKC, Las Vegas Police Fraud Department, Las Vegas Internet Dept., USDA, FBI Internet Fraud Agency, Another online Police department, Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, Consumer Affairs of Las Vegas, basically you name it I
filed a complaint against her with that agency.
11/7- Get her to agree to pay back $the money BUT, she will pay me $25.00 per week! God help me, that will take 6 months.
11/8-She makes the 1st payment of $25.00 on the 8th. Then I get this absolutely disgusting email of her middle finger sticking up.
11/16- Sends me another $25.00 payment.
11/28-Pay Pal contacts me to say they suspended her privileges and gives me whatever was in her account $48.27.
I look on her site and there is ALL this Yahoo Payment stuff. So I sign up at Yahoo and send them a complaint against her with them. Yahoo does nothing.
1/7/02- Sends me emails trying to get me to "lift" the hold oh her Pay Pal account. I would never agree to that.
1/28/02- I finally receive another $25.00 payment from her through Yahoo
Here's the final senario I paid Debbie J @ imperialshihtzu.com $750.00 for the puppy I paid Debbie R. $225.00 to ship the pup.
Debbie J owes me $750.00 $225.00=$975.00 less the partial payments made to me -123.27. Debbie J still owes me $851.73
