Domain fee of $50 not refunded and domain not received

I recently applied for a .ngo domain through these people. It cost 50 dollars. My first domain with them. Next thing I know, I can't get the domain and I can't get a refund.

They will take your money and simply tell you they cannot give it back and never will.
