I will give you a word of caution. This is the worst company in the world I have ever dealt with. They will lie to you. They will debit your account without your permission, and through all their apologies you will get nothing accomplished. Sure, ask to speak to a supervisor; they are just as incompetent as the employees.
Almost $300 was debited from my account without my permission. Then finally I got 178 back after a lot of discussion, and 100 was put towards my bill for January, I was told. Then I was charged $99.99. I was very upset. I called and was told that for my inconvenience I would get a free month and the 99 would be put back in my account by the 14th, and here we are on the 15th and no 99. I called and was told that the 99 was put on as a credit for February. When I asked why I would have a bill in February when I was told I would get a free month for the inconvenience, I was told that I would not be getting the 99 back and that they bill a month ahead of time. None of this is what I was told.
This company is horrible. Trust me, do not trust them with your credit card info, and do not believe a word they say. Not a happy customer.
