Endless outages and so stressful every time to get back online. Have been trying to disconnect from them altogether. The disconnection process has been extremely cumbersome. It has been approximately 5 months trying to tie up all loose ends and getting them out of our lives. Horrible company, horrible customer service reps, just plain terrible business practices.
