I have bought 2 products, Music Creator 6 Touch and Dimension Pro 1.5.
O Dimension Pro has failed to download, must be about 10 times or more. Each time it shows the download as complete but the file size varies between 250 MB to 1.4GB... The original size reported on the web is 2.9GB... Each download shows it as complete and will start the installation, and off course, towards the end of the installation, it states that the downloaded file is corrupted and you have to download again and the whole process starts all over again... This has been on going from the 9th of August so you can work out what this has cost me on the Internet!!!
O Music Creator 6 downloaded ok but does not "see" my Sound Card / module, Creative Audigy 4 Pro running Fibre Optics for full digital sound, and my Korg pa50, Midi compatible, keyboard.
O This Sound Card setup uses the Asio drivers to enable you to use Soundfonts as well as the sound from the PA50 keyboard via Midi cables. This sound card and keyboard setup worked perfectly with the old Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 and Homestudio 4.
O as explained on all my request I needed a quick resolve as I had to provide the music at a wake.
