I purchased 2 ink cartridges for my Lexmark printer from this company on-line 08/27/04. The order was faulty... Leaky damaged cartridges. I returned them as instructed using the post office & got a receipt that clearly shows destination zip code. I have called them, faxed them, e-mailed them almost daily asking for a replacement or refund ($56.85). They will not respond other than an automated e-mail stating they need a tracking#. I have supplied the copy of my P.O. Receipt repeadely. I get an answering machine when I call & leave a message. They will not respond. They have my money & I have nothing.
