I had a very similar experience. I ordered a 2 yr subscription of Mens Health for my boyfriend's BDay in August. I received an email confirmation of order/payment and my credit card was billed. The mag never came (5 months), the site said 12 weeks. I wrote numerous emails to the customer service addresses with no response. There is no company or customer service ph# and no physical address, in fact, the "About Us" link is blank. We had to dispute the charge thru the credit card company. Luckily I didn't use a bank card. BOGUS company! I've seen many online complaints.
