Failed to send promised reward for completing multiple offers

I signed up for 6 offers (2 per page of 3 pages) to qualify for a free 40GB Apple iPod. Shortly after completing all offers I went to their web site to confirm all offers were properly reflected in their records. 5 of 6 were recorded. The missing offer was the New York Times (which I have been receiving for 5 weeks). I e-mailed to ask them to confirm with the Times but did not receive a response.

I contacted the Times and they told me they would contact this company and confirm that I had signed up for the paper. I checked back a week later and saw the Times offer was still not listed. My second e-mail did not receive a response.

Now several weeks later I returned to the confirmation page and have found they have altered the listed page number (you are required to pick 2 offers from 3 pages) for one of my offers indicating I would still need to choose 2 offers off the third page.

I have clearly met all obligations and now get to enjoy feeling like a sucker.

A check of their domain name indicates their phone number to be 954-337-9221. Of course, it is only an answering service.
