Made the switch to ATT internet (in theory). The box arrives with a sheet that says at the top "March 18 @ 8 PM." So I try to set it up on the 19th. Nothing. I call. 10 minute wait to even get to a rep. His accent is so thick and the background noise so loud you can barely hear. Give him my account numbers — literally reading from the sheet. "That account doesn't exist." I repeat it — THEIR documentation. Same thing. The ATT answer? Wait a few days and see if maybe service starts. WHAT? The billing dept. Definitely has my info, I'm paying for this, but you have no record of my account and no idea when it might start? You have GOT to be kidding me. And I thought Comcast was bad...
