Just aggravated that I will probably have to re-format my computer to get rid of the problems associated with this scam.
I emailed them several times with no word on crediting my bill, so I have contacted all authorities that should be involved (BBB, USPS so far). My attorney or myself will continue to email this fraudulent company until my bill is erased.
