Customerservice@safecart. While searching for some info hit a co. & logged on [big mistake]

All started 12/26. I bought into a fix. 1st fix $39.94,2nd fix 90.00, #3 $100.00. Downloaded all three. The next morning i fired up the pc & i found all printing changed, all access codes gone, note pad & word pad gone, could not assess my home, finally found it with a different name, could not excess mail on embarqmail.com or google.com still having prob with windows. Today i have been workin with microsoft & not finished
