I ordered custom moccasins in January have sent them back 2 times because they do
not fit right, they basically slide down my legs and bunch up at my
heels. The last time I sent them back I discussed a solution for getting
them to fit right, Debbie (the lady making them) ignored our decisions
and trimmed them very small. Now they do not fit, the sole is too short
and I walk on the leather. She also sent me a note that she would do no
more adjustments and by the way - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
