I have been a user of AOL for about one year. They have repeatedly taken money out of my checking account that has caused at least $200.00 in bounce check fees the last three weeks. I have asked them for paper copy invoices but to no avail. I will be cancelling my subscription to them in the next week. I am tired of having my checks go into the basketball arena. Also, anytime they proclaim that product they sell has a 30 day free trial, they take money out of your account before the order goes off. Something should be done about AOL's business practices. They have also given my identification information to other organizations for withdrawls as well.
