I put an internet christmas-order on Dec. 15, for my closest friend. The appearance day was suppose to become for Dec-27, but it never managed to get. I sent Anna Sheets on Jan. 7, I've never gotten an answer. I named on Jan. 9, and was informed she'll discover what was happening and contact me back about the following day... I never heard from anybody. I called again and talked having a supervisor (Lauren) and he or she advised me the item was delivered back for them, however they did not get all of the containers. She was good enough to provide me her immediate quantity, to contact her since she would discover from different supervisors that which was happening.By up to now, it has been per month, my closest friend simply obtain 1 / 2 of the bathroom and THEM ALL ARE DAMAGED. I'venot noticed from anybody from Anna Sheets, and been stood up again. I named Lauren back, without any solution. I told them, I actually donot need the item, I simply need my cash back. It was my first and last moment purchasing from their website. I'm prepared to spend more and purchase through Amazon.
