This action was tried before the Court, on the evidence presented IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiffs, Internet Solutions Corporation - InternetCompany, Inc. Aka Internet-Company of Central Florida, Inc. Three Stars Media, Inc., Three Stars, Inc. Aka Three Stars of Central Florida, Inc, Career Network, Inc. Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Plaintiffs") recover from the Defendant Archie Garga-Richardson (hereinafter referred to as "Defendant") compensatory damages in teh amount of $646,000.00 and punitive damages int eh amount of $1,292, 000.00, for a total damage award of $1,938, 000.00.
2. Defendant, individually, doing business through any other entity, and anyone acting in concert with him, is permanently enjoined and restrained from, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentalities, including but not limited to Defendant's website, www.scamfraudalert.com, and Defendant's internet blog, www.scamfraudalert.net, and www.scamfraudalert. Wordpress.com, hosting, posting, or in any manner publishing or disseminating, whether in their legal identities or under any aliases, whether now created or created in the future, any and all statement or information relating to Plaintiffs and any person or entities associated with Plaintiffs, including but not limited to Ayman Difrawi.
3. Defendant, individually, doing business through any other entitiy, and anyone acting in concert with him, is hereby ordered to immediately remove from the internet and any other media of any kind or nature, including but not limited to Defendant's website, www.scamfraudalert.com, and Defendant's internet blog, www.scamfraudalert.net, and www.scamfraudalert. Wordpress.com, any and all statements or information relating to Plaintiffs and any person or entities associated with Plaintiffs, including but not limited to Ayman Difrawi.
4. If Defendant fails to remove the statement and information as required by this Order within (5) days of the date of this Order or if Defendant fails to comply with this Order in any manner, upon application of Plaintiffs with supporting affidavits of Defendant's non-compliance, this Court will issue a subsequent Order directing Defendant to take down and remove from the internet his website, www.scamfraudalert.com, and Defendant's internet blog, www.scamfraudalert.net, and www.scamfraudalert. Wordpress.com, within twenty (20) days of delivery of said subsequent Order to Defendant.
5. Plaintiffs shall recover from Defendant their reasonable attorneys' fees and cost in an amount to be determined.
6. All damages, fees and costs awarded herein shall bear interest at the rate of 4.75% pursuant to Section 55.03, Florida Statutes, for which let execution now issue.
7. This Court reserves jurisdiction to determine the amount of attorneys' fees and cost to be awarded to Plaintiffs, for enforcement of paragraph 4 of this Order and for any further action as may be required.
