Dear Madam/Sir,
I was a client more than 1 year to mentioned company. I have purchased to a VPS. My services expired at the end of the Year, due the Christmas holiday my invoice went due however I have payed it 2 days later.
I have received an auto email about invoice payment confirmation.
Ever since then no reply came from the service provider and my host is down - total outage. I have opened a support ticket but no one is replied it - even after repeated ticket inquiry.
