I had dual t1 lines phone service from this company for about 4 years. Horrible service, disconnects very often. We needed to move our business office. So they forced us into another 5 year contract. You are not allowed to move! After 5 years, when we tried to cancel their services, they filed a lawsuit for over $22,370.72!! They dont have an early disconnection charge! You have to pay the full payment! Your average bill x the amount of months left on the contract. Please do yourselves a favor and stick with the larger companies such as Verizon!!
