I was a member of their Platinum Club, which involved a monthly charge. Close to a year ago, I cancelled and was continued to be billed. After complaining numerous times, they stopped. I also removed all information about my credit card from my account, hoping this would stop them from being able to submit more charges.
Now I'm being charged again, even though I have ordered nothing.in two days, I've had two monthly charges put on my credit card. They haven't answered any of my requests for help and I am having to close down the credit card to get it to stop.
I don't know if this is a deliberate attack, a computer glitch, or someone in their company took credit card numbers home and is seeking revenge.
It's a shame, because I genuinely LIKE their products. But their behavior regarding my credit card has been beyond anything I've ever seen. Completely unprofessional.
