I called to let them know that my credit card has a charge on it and I never ordered anything from them. I received the alert from my bank the very day the charged showed up on my account. I called them to stop the shipment from being delivered and they refused to stop it or give me ay of the information of who ordered it, where it is being shipped to and whose name it is being shipped under. Yet they have no problem taking my credit card information and allowing it to be charged fraudulently. Newegg.com is assisting these thieves to getting their products by not stopping the order even though it has not been shipped because they wont get paid if it is returned or stopped. What kind of customer service is this. No wonder they have so many complaints of ripoff and scams about them. The SCC should shut them down because of fraudulent business practices. I am in disbelief that a company can turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to consumers who are trying to stop their credit cards from being fraudulently used. Shame on you Newegg.com! I wont stop, I am complaining to BBB and more internet complaints. Be aware new customers, dont do it.
