Horrible customer service. I ordered a used Macbook Pro with a Matte screen from DV warehouse. They sent me a glossy screen computer. Their order confirmation doesn't specify glossy or matte so I couldn't prove it to them but I'm certain that I ordered anti-glare because they are very hard to find and this is the only anti-glare version of that particular model that I was able to find anywhere.in fact, it's so hard to find that I went ahead with my order even after DV warehouse double charged my debit card not once, but, TWICE (which took 2-3 days of angry phone calls to sort out). When I informed them of the glossy screen issue DV warehouse tried to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee! After much complaining I was able to get them to agree to take the computer back and issue a full refund if I paid the return shipping. The original purchase amount was $849.67. They refunded me only $828.00 (the price of the computer minus shipping) they still owe me $21.67 for the original shipping costs.
I still haven't found the computer I need. DV warehouse has one but I don't dare buy from them. I recommend you do the same.
