The company is the worst on the net so NEVER go in there and do nothing because 90% of the models or prostitute l call them they fool u totally, and what l say earlier the support not answer or listen to u or me so AVOID THIS SITE and never goin there the support now about all this have all models put in system and u not get or money back so listen to my warning hope this help, u out there thanks.
