I actually really desired to provide them with a-1 star but I am attempting to be reasonable. And so I'll begin t / the GOOD: - Occasionally they've greater charges for similar products observed on Gilt and Ruelala.

Sadly the DAMAGING exceeds the good:

-Revenue aren't as effective as on additional websites (lesser-known manufacturers and that I seldom observe something I love.)

-Products have a long-long time to ship. Occasionally up to month.

-Delivery is significantly more than on additional websites $9.95 (enough to prevent me from purchasing anything when there is only one factor I'd like).

-Delivery, combined n / customer support is simply horrible. Products sell-out with no one lets you know which means you obtain a bundle n/e half the items you requested and also you need to study why. I requested anything lately plus they simply chose to redirect it from advantages to USPS and that I needed to visit the postoffice to choose it-up. Except I'd it delivered to my parents' and that I do not stay there plus they cannot choose up a for me personally in the postoffice since they're not me (and also you require identification to choose stuff up). Additionally, I simply settled $10 delivery for normal email after I was informed it'd send UPS.

-Their site is SLOOOOWWW or occasionally fails whatsoever. I have gotten so many mistakes when attempting to utilize their website.

-the actual kicker for me personally is customer support. I am talking about it's simply beyond horrible. I'd sent them t / an issue, plus they explained something. Then I waited and received nothing. And so I talked n / customer support via their talk and was informed they'd return me. That never occurred. And so I talked n / another customer support representative via their talk plus they were completely unhelpful. I'd to provide them data. They'd no idea what I had been referring to. I'd to repeat and stick emails and former talks in to the talk, they set me on-hold for some time till they might determine it out that they never did. After which they'd not really pay me for my trouble like a courtesy. They stated they do not run this way or anything. (FYI, Gilt offered me a $10 credit simply because I needed to purchase something which the website explained was accessible but was out of stock). I tried calling the client support telephone # and needed to keep a note. BTW no body has called me back.

Actually, therefore not worth the trouble. Our last purchase is likely to be my last. And also the only cause I put it had been to utilize a shop credit I'd and so I not have to look t / them again. Use Gilt or Ruelala instead. The income are better anyway.
