PayPal is about VENDORS, not CUSTOMERS.
I've used paypal because the late-1990s, and that I have thousands of dollars in dealings. Nevertheless, within the period of the couple weeks, they've royally scr*wed me, among their long-standing clients. I would like to clarify.
