On 1 December, we requested and taken care of a sizable doll to become shipped to get a kid's Christmas. Them was referred to as "in-stock" on Variete's website.
By 14th December the Variete monitoring program nevertheless did not display them as sent so we called and were informed "we-don't possess the product in-stock anymore". Whenever we questioned why they'dnot informed people but had obtained and kept onto our money, we were merely informed - you'll need to delay 5-7 times to get a return.
So - we're outofpocket for that a few weeks, do not have the current, and it is today too late to-order an upgraded elsewhere! On account our son - cheers Variete
We're writing to Trading Standards in Sunderland once we have today observed additional grievances online from disappointed clients.
