Ripoff she has deposited my payment but did not send the product 2600 Heritage Lake Drive

Oct 15th I won a digital camera Lavarias was selling on auctions. 2 days later I sent my payment to her $390. She deposited my payment on the 25th of Oct. 3 weeks later, still no camera in the mail. I have contacted other buyers from her, they all experienced the same thing. We have concluded that she has no intention of sending us our cameras.
