Unsafe heart palpitations

I took one pill twice a day for 1 week and had stomach issues. The second week, when I began to take 2, I have heavy throbbing of the heart, heart palpitations, and sweaty break-outs. It was scary. No one would answer the phone or respond by email to my "notice". Do not take
