It is truly unfortunate that this has happen to so many people and yet nothing has been done.in spite of all the reports and complaints generated to the credit card companies and different local areas.
No action has been taken that I can see. This company is still allowed to take advantage of people.
It is not only interesting to note that this company has conducted business using unscrupulous business practices for a while now, and that they continue to do so. How many of you could say that the product worked for then and were hoping to continue to use it? Yet the distribution of the product is handled in such a manor that legitimate questions have arisen to such a companies writes to conduct business. Why has the credit card companies not recognized the issue regarding this companies business practices?
I am sure that most of the people reporting here thought that there was some security in using your credit card to purchase these items.in my mind the idea that a company could get away with such blatant disregard for their customers and the policies governing appropriate business practices is beyond me. But, they have, they have managed to tell all of us that they have shipped, will ship, wait an few weeks, We have reversed the charges, We will charge you monthly, we will send you toothbrushes every month and gotten away with it to this date. There is no accountability on the part of the companies that surround the development of this organization. They will continue to use shipping companies that have been informed that their business practice is in appropriate; creating shipping number then not ship the product. They will still create credit charges without providing product to the customer even though the credit card companies have been informed by many customers that this company is taking advantage of many people.
This seams to be our system, we by into it and support it. Is the best that we can do to write a little note to a little website and say BOO HOO, I have been taken advantage of? To some degree it seams so. We can, however, take some consolation in knowing that those that chose to check this web sight will gather some insight into the business practice of the Cybersonic company and make an informed decision regarding any business dealing with this company.
I truly feel that this company and any company that conducts business in this manor should not be supported by the system that governs trade among honest people. We are honest individuals that have been taken advantage of and that is wrong. We have been stung and I hope that those of us that felt the pain will not place our hands inside the bee's nest again and will inform those venturing near of the danger.
