I signed up for dental insurance in June. I was told they had two dentist in my area and was given the name. When I went to make an appt' for my husband the dentist that I called said they did not except the insurance and had gotten lots of calls. When I call florida combined life back I was told a second time there was dentist in my area. I asked her to find me one and she put me on hold came back and said I apologize but the closest dentist to you is 60 miles away. I ask to cancel and they said I had to write a letter which I did. They sent me a letter and only refunded Sept. Payment when I called the company back they said I had to write a second letter to get a full refund although I explained everything in the first letter and on the phone about 5 times. They don't want to give me my money back even though they can't service me because there are no dentist in my area. They are a bad company and every time I call I am on hold an hr. Or so. They tell me the same thing every time I call. We do have dentist in your area. I tell them I have been through this several times and no they do not.
