We signed up for a dental plan that would allow us to go to our current dentist. DS assured us that our dentist is in network. We got our first dentist bill that DS wouldn't pay because our dentist isn't in network. DS took no responsibility for the mistake and went so far as to blame us for the problem. Very poor customer service. Asked the worker's name twice and couldn't understand it either time. So they have our premiums AND didn't pay the bill. Don't do business with this insurance company!
