Appalling Service, no way of contacting them

I purchased Pantothen over the net and paid extra for the swifter freight. This was second August.

Twenty days later, despite calls and emails, all you can reach is an answering service where no matter what you say they just say they will send a message and someone will contact you.

This has not happened and there is nothing to now indicate that this is a legitimate company - not a ripoff as there is no care nor attention to the customer.

I am cancelling the order with my credit card provider - beware!
