I just completed the Speedloss Sport. I followed every direction to the T and did 60 minutes of cardio each day twice a day. I burned just over 1000 calories on each outing. I didn't cheat once. I put nothing in my mouth other than what they instructed me to. I started off at 191 pounds and ended at 189.5. What a waste of time and money. I did the Isagenix program last year and lost 12 pounds. Started that one at 195 and finished at 183 and on that Isagenix program, you actually eat food a few times a day.
