Company business practices are horrible and unethical Internet

Whether the wraps work or not is not my complaint. My complaint is the company charges your credit card on the day your auto ship is scheduled, then your product is backordered for who knows how long. They are using your money and you don't have the product, should you pay your bill in full you have no recourse for disputing the charge and you might not get your product for a month. This is one of the most blatant abuses of "loyalty programs" I have ever seen.
