These people should be brought up on ethics fraud!
I ordered my free sample of Avlimil, which was charged, to my debit card on July 23rd. I was curious to see what the product would do in less than 30days so I set my calendar to call back within 3 weeks to cancel so that I wouldn't be charged anything additional. I checked my statement on Aug 15th and there was a charge for a shipment that I didn't authorize.
I called Berkeley labs, Warner Healthcare, (866-834-1715) whoever they call themselves these days, to request a refund. The first agent hung up on me (This after being on hold for 5 minutes). The second had to get her supervisor because we weren't getting anywhere. The supervisor came on and explained that when you sign up for the free shipment, you are automatically enrolled in their program and will start getting your non-free shipments sent out as well the charges.
He also went on to tell me that they don't have a refund policy, nor a 30 day trial. They don't tell you this up front! 15 minutes later, the supervisor finally gives in.
We'll see if it worked when I check my statement again in a few days.
