I went to this clinic to lose weight. Everything sounded good. The "director" Jeremy was very charming and persuasive. They tell you almost everything you want to hear. You read forms, sign them. Everything looks good. Then on visit number 2 things start not adding up. They use the HCG diet for weight loss. I am all for it. But this clinic cant even measure people right. They dont give you HCG shots until you have been doing 4 weekly visits. They don't tell you the total cost of the it but will give you a weekly breakdown. You are not in a "contract" and can supposedly give 5 days written notice to stop payments and appointments but then they start screaming contract and they gave you discounts. I don't get these people.
I cancelled one full week prior to the next appointment via written letter via fax AND email. They acknowledged receipt. They suddenly charged my card $50 for supplements. They promised to reimburse my card if my husband brought in the un-used and un-opened supplements. It has been two weeks and nothing. They lie to suit their needs preying on fat people. Even the doctor cant read a lab report right. He wanted to order a new lab for tests I had already took.
Dont go to these people! They are nothing but scammers! Shame on them!!!
