Went there to get a membership. They asked if I was interested in personal training. I said yes. Then they had me sign a contract for what I was told was for one month of service (8 sessions). It even said on the contract not a renewing contract. So I paid $220 for that month. Then the next month, i get a charge for $220 again. I call the gym (Gold's), and they say they don't handle it, it is Premier Fitness. She gives me an email and says to email them my name and number and tell them to call me ASAP. That is the only way to get in touch with them. So 20 min later the lady calls me and says it is a 12 month contract. I said no, the man said it was for march only! She says she will investigate and get back with me. It is May now and haven't heard a word from her. The day they charged me the second time i went straight to the bank and made sure they could never charge me again. Today I get a message from them that I am late with my payment. I replied and said you will never see a dime from me! Do not ever sign anything with premier fitness. They are a scam operation, telling you one thing to get you to sign, and then will try to charge you forever! Be forewarned!!!
