I received the patch for the trial and when I sent the product back they kept telling me it would be 7-10 business days for my refund. I have called a dozen times since April and I am not getting anywhere. They took 169.00 out of my bank account and with a family thats alot of money taken away. I just want my money refunded to me and the company to have to give everyone their money back!
