I ordered some products on the Oceans Lab website on 2/16 on the amount of $96.79. MMS Solutions withdrew the $96.79 from my checking account 2/19. I thought it rather odd that I did not receive an email receipt or verification of purchase. However, I decided to give it a week and wait for it to arrive in the mail. After an 8 day wait, I logged onto my account on their website to inquire about where my order is. It said awaiting fulfillment so I thought it must be on back order. I waited a few more days and then when it still said "awaiting fulfillment"
I attempted to call their phone number. I got a voicemail stating their hours, and to leave a message and they will contact me. After 2 more days, I tried calling them again, it said, please wait while your call is being transferred. I was never transferred to anyone. I logged on to my account on Oceans Labs website, on 3/18 and cancelled the order that was still "awaiting fulfillment". I asked them to refund my money to my checking account. Within two days, the order status changed to "Order Error" however, my money was never refunded to me. I have been unable to reach the company through repeated phone calls or repeated inquiries through their website.
This company is a TOTAL SCAM!
