They claim they have not recieved my order for prescriptions in the mail, despite being sent 10 days ago

I sent my prescriptions, by mail, which they require, 10 days ago. They claim to have not recieved them, and that when they do, it will still take another 10 days for me to recieve them. These are vey important medicines, that can be fatal if I do recieve them in a timely manner. I call them, and they could not be rude if they tried, because they are as rude as a person can get. I see literally dozens of the same story on this site, and wonder when something will be done about it.

I will never do business with thesw retards again, and suggest strongly that no one else does either.
