When I was going to the spa it was great. But when I informed them I was moving and wanted to cancel my membership, they became very pushy about freezing my account in case I moved back, etc. I explained I was moving out of town and wanted to cancel and filled out the paperwork that day and never went back.
I was checking my credit card statements and noticed they never stopped charging me. I admit I should have checked sooner, but who would have thought they would be that shady to try and continue to charge me?! I called to talk with them and they said they have no record of my cancellation (shocker), but if I could provide proof then they would credit me. I'm searching, but in my move paper work like that gets lost.
If you are considering the membership... Stay away! If you are a member, watch your statements if you cancel and don't lose that paperwork! I've seen multiple complaints on various websites about this company doing this. I wish I would have seen that before!
