Ripoff can't find web site & no one answers the tele# that was given by the rep onthe phone in order to cancel the product. Berkley California

The diet product is unsafe for me and I was told by the representative on the phone when I ordered it that I would have to cancel my perscription either by phone or on the site: www.askberkley.com. No one answers the phone and the site does not exist.
